So for the past few years I have been dealing with low blood Sugar symptoms but when I check my blood Sugar it is usually normal. It is usually like 75-85 but I have found it as low as 65. I would be my life that it is low blood Sugar because the symptoms are the same, it is effected by what and when I eat, and I feel 100% after eating. No doctor will take me seriously without actual low numbers. I can somewhat control it with my diet but it is a struggle.

Has anyone else experienced this and do you have any insight?

P.S. I believe I am suffering from adrenal fatigue
