Hi... I am the original poster and I was just doing a google search on sodium ring which I still have and I came across your response. I have always had bad circulation and am not sure how to rectify that. Obviously I still have my ring and I HATE it. It is extremely noticeable to the point where I get comments from strangers thinking I am wearing coloured contact lenses. My health and my diet have been up and down over the 5 years since my original post. It's pretty down at present. I have had two major surgeries and I am just starting to try and pick myself up. Is there any way to reverse the sodium ring?
