This sounds like me! I am currently battling this. Benadryl has made it better (just started Benedryl last night). But I keep thinking it was something I ate even though all research says Cheilitis is non food related. So far all the fancy Rx drugs, creams and ointments have only made it worse. I have resorted to my own home remedy. I look like lip injection/ Botox gone bad...really bad.
