Hello All:

I had this swollen foot three days ago. Today after two days of fasting the foot swelling is gone. Just small pain remains on pressing my foot too hard.

Today I feel great, did some meditation and some light walking.

I did feel very attracted to food this morning, only thought of eating nuts, but no more. I plan to do one week if things at work are calm.

I had one nice BM.

I lost 2lbs already. But the itching rash all over my body is unbearable. I know that Aveeno bath powder help, but should I be doing that? Is there anything I can do to relieve this itching?
