I bought the eat for your blood type book when it first came out. I am type A and diabetic.

When I mentioned that eating this way would raise my blood Sugar on the "supportive" website my post was deleted. Not so much as a behind the scenes message in answer.

So happy to have internet to check things out before I buy these days. And so happy for this website.
