I continued to drink coffee in the morning it helped as a laxative and as appetite suppressant well on The Master Cleanse I did not add extra Sugar however I used flavored creamer. I must tell you I did not use The Master Cleanse Detox, I used it for weight loss. It reset my body anyway and detoxed.
