Ok I will the Lam material, I have been there once or twice, but not for very long. But he does seem like he knows what he's doing regarding AF etc. But I'll disregard the Propaganda BS/

Oh yes I knew about Milk Thistle and how it assists the liver, but I will get more more, prob in a tincture form. My Liver blood tests always show up "normal and in mid-range" values but I feel I have some issues with it, not clearing stuff,overloading it for decades also.

Not trying to self-diagnose, but would Hydrocortisone be prescribed if I am low? what was that natural product.I have forgotten?

yes the adrenaline surges suck too.Im sure you and countless others have had to deal with and overcome them hopefully.
