I used to suffer many illness but not any more. Between Vitamin D3, Iodine & our mostly Paleo diet, my wife & I are rarely sick with anything.

For decades, I used to suffer the most terrible chest colds every winter & spring. Not any more. I also recently cured my Candida Asthma with high doses of iodine. No more asthma inhalers! YAY. Story here:
