Which diet are you referring to? The Candida diet? With no fruit?

I don't do well on very low carb, it makes me depressed after a while, gives me Sugar craving and binging tendencies. I have absolutely no energy on it and lose way too much weight, which isn't ideal as I have a slim build as it is.

Also, I've read a lot of articles on candida recently. Some say it thrives in an alkaline environment and some say an alkaline environment kills candida. Which one is it??

How do I create the environment to kill candida?
