I have had this swelling of my feet for a few years now. I don't eat junk food or sugar, but once in a blue moon I eat small amount of things with sugar. I have had all kind of tests done and I was found Magnesium deficient the last time. I took couple injections of Cal-Mag and I was ok. I had a lot of stressful situations at work. Yesterday I woke up at 3am and could not touch my right foot or put it on the floor. I started taking more magnesium with my vitamins. Today I see the foot is swollen. I have also been soaking my feet in warm water with H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) and Epsom Salts , it helps a little bit and then pain starts.

Any help to lessen the pain and get the swelling down is appreciated. Also how do I really check that I don't have Diabetes? Can I do urine test at home with pH paper? I also have blood meter that may help to check my blood sugar. What should I be looking in that result?

Thanks,
Archus
