Also, another common cause for many issues including adrenal fatigue, candida, digestion etc is a common genetic defect called MTHFR. This can be corrected with supplements. Check out www.mthfr.net for more info or phoenix rising. It's too involved to get into here, but I cant stress enough that it's worth exploring since 40%-60% of the population has it. Often it's not a problem until aging or illness triggers it.
