If pregnenolone was also borderline low, maybe you could start there with very low doses twice per day and work up to levels that cause preg to be in the center of the normal range.

Did you feel stressed or amped up on the day of the test?

Maybe the adrenaline/epinephrine is being pumped out to help stimulate production of adrenal cortex hormones.

I don't think you'll want high estrogen over the long term! Any history of Breast Cancer in your family?

Look up DIM and I3C + breast cancer. It will provide info on the break down paths of estrogen and links to risks for cancer. I know there is something on this at wellnessresources.com let me k now if you can't find it.
