Please look into the link between sluggish adrenal cortex hormone production (cortisol, etc) and those symptoms!

Even if you can't get hydrocortisone or similar, you might get some assistance from pregnenolone + adrenal support supplements.

What feeling(s) are you trying to self medicate with the alcohol?

If anxiety, ever try GABA, Mg + pregnenolone? That combo has been wonderful for a close friend.

If that kicks in somewhat for you, consider why you need them. Heavy metals mess with absorption, production or retention of many valuable body chemicals or nutrients.
