I took 100 mg of Iodoral Iodine last Friday. Every since Sunday I have had the worst runny nose ever. I'm not sleeping well.

I'm taking all the co-factors. I've been salt-pushing and taking vitamin C but nothing seems to be helping.

Should I take more Iodine?

Should I keep trying the salt pushes?
