I was just like you for 9 years. Don't eat pasta of any kind. I had a dwarf cat that didn't shit for over a year. to be blunt, you need to shit a lot . People need to shit a lot every day. Eat a lot of raisins. drink a lot of water. Eat Kellogg's All-Bran orig cereal right out of the box if your afraid of milk. Eat fruit and chicken only until your back to normal. This will give you your life back!
