Yes!!! I'm in the Appalachian mountain area... but a half hour north or south are the bigger cities with enormous immigration numbers. 10% maybe are legal. I swear we got this from Hershey Park and on the day we went, all the Milton Hershey school kids were there and they are all urban kids who never had medical care and/or mostly in the foster care system and all housed together 30 to a house.
We weren't going to make the trip that day... but the girls were so excited so we decided to go literally the night before.
I wish we would have stayed home. The fun they had was not worth this.
I emailed Hershey... but no response.
