No problem with taking both at the same time. But the best combination IMO is borax, ascorbic acid and magnesium. 400 mg of borax, 1-2 gram of ascorbic acid, 200 mg of magnesium. Dont ask me why:) just something I found out along the way. It cured a young girl's enuresis practically over night, combined with iodine.
