Grizz,

Why don't you read Andreas Moritz book on the Liver Flushes ? I am really sure you won't agree with everything he says (me neither) but you will get the main points.

Besides the liver and gallbladder stones, another of the main reasons I've heard that advocate for Liver Flushes is this : Most of the bile pool we own is recycled. We expell it from the gallbladder and then reabsorv it on the bowels. This can be for years. That bile gets sticky and muddy and one of the things a Liver Flush does is that it forces the body to regenerate new bile from scratch. It's like kickstarting the gallbladder engine again.

I'm actually doing them. I'm on my 4th one. It's too soon to give an opinion. But I have a bad case of congested liver/gb (stone free though) so I have no choice. I will post more info as the process progresses. Also it's been said (and I agree) that Liver Flushing is a long process. You can't just do one or two and then stop. If you start, you must do them until your liver is clean.

For now what I can say is that it's like a coffee enema but much better and with much longer lasting effects.

There's a guy called Telman in the Liver Flush Forum who is really kind and very knowledgeable about all things Liver Flush related.

Anyway, if you feel fine, why doing them? Why complicate life more ? I see health not as an end by itself but as a medium to do good things in life.

Cheers,
Marcus
