I won't take that. Galactose is a by-product of the Lactose degradation. Candida Albicans growth with galactose.
It looks like Lactulose isn't metabolized by candida albicans since some studies show how increasing Bifidobacterium in the colon after Lactulose supplementation, candida species lower they numbers considerably.
