I didn't feel like I was reacting to anything. I only talked about NB via ARL because Wired mentioned it but in a negative light. Which didn't seem right to me since I've been working with that lab for a while and have found their test results to be on the mark for the myriad of symptoms I had. I wasn't responding at all about the large amounts of zinc the OP took. I am not knowledgeable enough on that topic and just try to share what I do know about.

BTW, this isn't supposed to be a debate forum, is it? A place that we can share our experiences with achieving better health, instead? At least that's how I'm using it.
