Thanks Gina. My multi has Vit B, but I probably need more. I'll get some. I don't take lithium, just SSRIs and atypical antipsychotics (lower doses are used for bipolar disorder)

The weird tingling is continuing and now I'm having some pain in my liver. Hopefully that isn't something to be alarmed about. I'm taking N-acetylcysteine to help with detox. With the meds I take it's not shocking that my liver would struggle with processing the toxins mobilized by iodine.

I also have a tight pulling sensation in my jaw, temples and neck. Not sure what that's about. I have a headache, but that's the norm for me with or without iodine.
