There is plenty of research showing that raw unpasteurized honey is a cancer preventative and help stop it's growth. The diarrhea is from detoxing (a very good thing). the alcohol is a very small amount ingested and helps to get the aloe & honey where the body needs it the most. You are doing a great protocol. Don't listen to the naysayers. Fruits and raw unpasteurized honey are complex carbs not a simple carb like sugar. Can't even speak of them in the same category.
