Julie, I was taking Acetyl L-Cysteine first thing every morning on an empty stomach. I'll start back again. Feeling better now, and only taking a few supplements every day.

I have a goiter, which I'm going to treat with Iodine supplementation as soon as I get through this very busy time. One more month, and I can do what I want without having to worry about the side effects. In the meantime, I'm taking 1/4 drop of Iodine a day and whatever is in my multi.

Thanks so much for the sympathy. It's tough, but I'm TOUGHER, although some days it doesn't feel that way.
