Actually I was already considering vitamin C as a solution before I read your post! I've already ordered a granulated one and I'm debating whether to start with a cleanse. I've already read many good things about vitamin C and I'm hopeful about results.

I'm still a little confused about what's best for my diet but I've decided to stay away from sugar, starches, and grains for now.
