Definitely sounds like your lymph nodes to me. Do you feel sick or just the tender nodes?

For every 100 mg Lugols that I went up, I got sicker than a dog (bed ridden) and I hurt all over, including my lymph nodes. It took a while for mine to stop being tender. I just kept upping the dose and everything finally worked out.
