I can't speak for Ginagirl but I have seen her say many times that when in doubt, stop all supplements for a few weeks, then restart one at a time to see which one you are reacting to.

If your swelling & inflammation goes away then it was one of your supplements. If not, then it is something else unrelated to supplements.
