my hamstrings are seizing up. it feels like a pulled muscle or something but i have no idea whats going on.


my feet also hurt. my left hamstring is much worse. its really painful to walk. i can barely walk now. i drink alot. i have been for over a year. sometimes i get side abdominal pain but theres no blood tests that reveal anything wrong with my liver. the reason i drink alot is to maintain my health and manage to keep sleeping. i suffer debilitating insomnia and widespread pain. alcohol is the only thing that works, i tried so many protocols for years and finally came to the realiziation alcohol is all there is for me to ease suffering.

what can i do? i was thinking of starting dmso stuff with bosweillia extract. maybe msm water too again like i used to... i take daily liquid organic vitamin supplements and also various trace minerals and Iodine and several other things here and there.

this pain sucks so much. i just want a quick fix. i know thats not really possible heh. do you think it could relate to liver damage? will it ever get better? is it clots? what can be done for clotting? im ready to do anything.
