Following this thread (and other SSKI threads) with interest.
Been eating Lugols and companion supplements for 18 months with mixed results, but added daily 1 gram doses of SSKI a week ago and am starting to see mood improvement and an increase in energy.
60 year old male. Heart attack in 2005 at age 51. 3 stents placed and was prescribed statins and beta blockers in the aftermath, resulting in deep Depression and severe neuropathy. Been off meds since 2008 against medical advice.
Don't have all the answers yet, but daily gram+ doses of SSKI will be a part of my daily regimen for a while.
