Oh okay, I was wondering why I've been having diarrhea more so since doing Iodine in general though lol. Just had a big blow out earlier today but don't remember now if it was before or after the 12 drops of SSKI . >_>. Or maybe it's the 4000 mg of Vitamin C lol. But I don't think that's it either. So hopefully the SSKI is what's killing off some candida. I'll look at the procedures. :)

Regarding that stuff my brother was taking, I don't think it's the right stuff for removing toxins/candida.. He said it's Mirlax. lol
