Yes I am 82kg when I should be at the most 65kg.
I make the lemonade by squeezing organic lemons - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of organic maple syrup, tenth of teaspoon of cayenne all added to 10 oz of water.
With the effects of the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) all I seem to get is dirty water with some segments of lemon - I really would like to see some of the gunge that is described in many posts making it's exit!! I'm 58 so there should be plenty in there LOL.
