You can call 1-800-915-2529 which is the number to the livingclayco. Ask them to give you the phone number to Perry A or her email or both. She will talk to you. She wrote a book on the benefits of clay. She has done a lot of research and has helped a lot of people. I have listened to a lot of her free audio. I know she said that some clays really help hemoglobin to the point that people no longer have to take the iron shots. I would talk to her first because I can't remember the details. I can't link to outside websites so I am unable to leave links to her free audios etc., but they will be happy to give you the information if you call them. I think she said this is safe during pregnancy, but ask her to make sure because I can't remember just how it went.
