I don't know about Chlorophyll but if taking supplements and eating foods high in iron are helping, I would continue with that. Any seeds are very good during pregnancy, but especially sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds would be good (no more than one serving a day, pumpkin seeds are a very good source of iron). Mung beans are also very high in iron, great for pregnancy, very nutritious, good for blood Sugar issues also. I would continue with the meats that are high in iron. Eggs can help to build the strength of the body. The supplement Amla is known to help build healthy blood and treat anemia. I don't know about papaya leaves or seeds, but certainly regular fresh papaya or papaya fruit juice is safe and could be helpful. Anything with a somewhat sour flavor can help increase rakta dhatu (the red blood cell tissue), oranges, pineapple (don't overdo it), mango. Do a search on how to increase rakta dhatu using Ayurveda with foods and maybe herbs (although many are contra-indicated during pregnancy).
