I've heard stones can sit in pockets and hang out in a while. I've definitely passed stones on a enema. It was after 3 days of drinking 1 L of homemade apple juice a day. I was actually prepping for a Liver-Flush and was surprised to pass out tons of stones; super small stones passed them 2. Anywhere from 250-300, I am emphasizing on small. Maybe had 2 size of a pea, others were many times smaller.
