Ugh! I feel like the poster-child for anti antibiotics... My DR. had me on Z-pack(Zithromax) for over a year and a half; oddly enough, in order to afford them I purchased from an online Indian source.

While taking them I felt better and thought I was good to go, but shortly after stopping them it became clear that my system was completely mutated out of whack! I now run from abx...

Dr. Jeff do you think resistant starches are a good way to build back good gut flora?
