Dont get me wrong. I have been on the candida diet since 2000 - I was bedridden with candida when I FINALLY found out about this forum, you are lucky guys, back then systemic candida was a very obscure thing nobody knew about.

But yes, being persistent with the diet is the key. People keep asking about the miracle pill. I did not see any witnesses of a person recovering WITHOUT following the diet.

I have taken natural antifungals for years but nearby the end, I managed to recover while not taking any fo 6 months or so - AND - hardly ever cheating on the diet.
