Your symptoms sound hypothyroid related. Currently I have all of your symptoms, but it's likely my high cortisol levels are causing a high t3 to rt3 conversion which is blocked my receptors from getting t3.

If you haven't already, get blood work, do a full thyroid panel and CBC, and also do a cortisol saliva test.
