Hello there I have a question for you, how exactly did you do the castor* (typo sorry) oil treatment? Was
it ingested by itself or in a fruit juice or other beverage? Also how often did you do one, if it was daily or monthly? I'm interested in doing this and just wanted to know what all it entails. Thank you so much.
