These symptoms started right after a stressfull event and i have been suffering these symptoms for three years.

Symptoms :

1.Hair Loss All Over Head(lost %75 density)
2.Oily Scalp
3.Low Body Temperature
4.Extreme Fatigue
5.Muscle Weakness
6.Dark Circles Under Eyes
7.Elevated Cholesterol(with a good lifestyle)
8.Strong Brain Fog
9.Memory and Concentration Problems
10.Frequent Bowel Movements
11.Gas
12.Frequent Allergies
13.Very high heart beat with only 5 minutes joking


I was healthy boy but i became a zombie in three years.
Each time when i look at the mirror, i wanted to cry. I miss my full head of hair.

Please help me on diagnoisis of my illness.
