You are right. I reacted to many things including gluten. It was a hard time because I didn't want to be gluten intolerant. Since I eliminated most of my intestinal candidiasis, I don't react to anything. I say most of the candidiasis because I can not see my intestines inside. My symptoms are gone with the exception of a light discomfort on my right abdominal side. I say it is still candidiasis but who knows ?
The true is if you repair the gut, you resolve most of the intolerances.
