Kasima, try L-Cystine for the brain fog, I got it from Hulda Clark e, and it actually helps with die off, particularly brain fog. Also, get your thyroid tested, if your are hypo thyroid, that isn't going to help, and I suspect there is a connection between immune response and thyroid hormone.
It does suck, big time, sorry you have to go through this.
