Hi, please get your wife on herbs that are high in iron such as nettle, burdock, and dandelion. I'm not talking about capsules you buy at the healthfood store I'm talking about tinctures 3 times a day. Also tell her to eat lots of berries since they are high in iron. Especially blackberries and raspberries.
