If you were just blindly scarfing candy bars I would worry.
I tell you, I love that pre-cleanse diet. I did not eat ALL raw, but mostly. I ate my fair share of that good old break soup, which I can eat every day and still love! It varies according to what's fresh, what you have, what you cut up! Love that soup!
I had a Chinese chicken salad the other day I plan to have again reeeeel soon! My dear ND has me eating extra protein to rebuild after the Biggie.
shredded napa cabbage
thinly sliced carrots
thinly sliced onion
diced poached chicken breast
raw almonds
dressing- Braggs aminos
flax oil
touch of maple
water
3 cloves garlic, pressed
3 big chunks fresh ginger, pressed
cayenne
Toss it all together and enjoy a BIG portion of that one! :)
And did you try the chelating cilantro pesto? It is SOOOO good!
2 cups cilantro packed
3 big cloves garlic
1/2 c. raw almonds and/or brazil nuts, pumpkin seeds
7T flax or olive oil
pinch of Sea Salt
lemon or lime juice to taste
whizzzzzz in blender to pesto consistency and eat on... everything!! (I leave it off my oatmeal)
great on a thick slice of a ripe tomato! medallions of poached chicken breast! big spoonful on soup/salad... on toast...
Eat 1T per day for 3 weeks and it chelates and removes all the big bad metals (mercury, lead aluminum etc.!) People have their urine tested before and after and it works!!
Imagine, something good for you that tastes delicious. Hmmm...
