From what I've red, the small intestines should be alkaline. And candida likes when it's alkaline? If I have candida there, how can I then get rid of it?? Can I make it more acidic there just temporary until I reach a progress and how can I do that? And what can I eat if my problem is in the small intestine, I red a discussion about 0 carbs, but what about carbs from vegetables?
Have so many questions! :)
