Antibiotics and fungal candida both create a lot of inflammation systemically. I wouldn't diagnose by thermography alone. The stool sample, signs and symptoms, and your past history of antibiotic use are better diagnostic indicators. The lymphatics tend to become sluggish and backed-up with systemic fungal candida, so it could be an additional indicator.
You can inhale fungal spores, and that includes candida. That won't do anything to you unless you already have the immune system dysregulation, which also promotes inflammation. It's more likely that you already have candida, which may sensitize you candida in others.
This study showed that airborne candida was creating heart disease in children. The same requirements would apply to them. They would already have to have some type of immune system dysregulation and probably past antibiotic exposures - http://blogs.naturalnews.com/airborne-candida-china-causing-heart-disease/
I would recommend doing the Candida Plan and following up with a consultation.
