Just know that the PBs are not a substitute for the SWF.
Apples and oranges. Each preforms a different function and while the PB have become the riguer in this forum it is not part of the MC. I did my first 2 long MCs 40/28 neat. On my most recent 21 dayer I decided to give the PBs a whirl to see what all the hoopla was about and didn't care for that full feeling one bit and stopped taking them. One of the most enjoyable aspects of the Master-Cleanse for me is/was that light empty feeling you get from fasting.
