Taurine fine. Vit D somewhat fine. While zinc might be an issue since 60mg is a high dose and where it might start working against you via NF-KB (immune suppression), copper issues, cortisol output, etc. With zinc it's less not more. I suggest about 15-30mg (40mg max). But that's just advice.
