If it says do not ingest it is because they have added something or the extraction process includes chemicals that make it dangerous to ingest.
Young Living is all therapeutic grade and almost every single one you can ingest and it contains no such warning and on many it encourages it!
Some companies use antifreeze on the process of extraction and the oil only had to contain 5% organic ingredients to be allowed to contain word organic.
