So am I wasting my time with this Iodine therapy if it takes at least 3 months to become sufficient in it if you are deficient prior to taking it and if it takes supposedly a year to fully heal the skin and requires a ton of expensive supplements ...but nystatin is much more quicker in bringing results doesn't require a ton of supplements and many people can testify to this and also answer questions to help others? Why do I feel like I'm being cheated here?

Damn! I'm so confused now, why can't people just help each other out why has everyone got to profit off one another we are not commodities we are human beings and we are not separate, we are free to make whatever choices we wish, but those choices without doubt always affect others. We are all connected and therefore if one suffers we all do.
