im serious as a heart attack, from 12 to 120, anyone can do that and be much better off for it. that much Iodine smooths out most of the bumps in the road, and they are all mere bumps. the bumps were all self-inflicted over time anyway. health isnt like usury. you cant borrow now and pay it back later in cheaper inflated dollars. you run out of time(most precious health currency) and your "house" gets repossessed. pay cash up front.
