Thankyou for your response. I do use Epsom Salts , but for in the bath I didn't know until I read about Liver Flushes on here, that you can drink them! I'm guessing the bath ones are not ingestible.

How would I know if I had bowl blockage? I wouldn't want to be added to the rare list!

I think the problem is my liver and intestine so I know this could be helpful, but at the same time im still quite scared to do it!
